Anyone out there dealing with poor health? Any tips?

I just get so furious with more bad days than good. It may be that the heart rate is out of control and makes it difficult to do but lay in bed! Or that all in all I just do not feel good, nausea, headache, and other paako is under a doctor’s care and having many tests ran today. I am looking for ways to more than thinking it came from so I can function day to day. I was sick of being in bed and I think if I have the right tools can I get paid, without getting all kinds of tabletas.Ang anyone has any idea how to become more mentally strong when faced with health problems to change from moment to moment? I want to control it, it does not control me. Any ideas?
