And why does the Obama administration would like us to return to the substandard conditions of the country to universal health care, like Mexico? Mexico has universal health care. My partner is HIV positive and was wondering if someone is HIV positive it would be bad for them to work in a Hospital etc. Due to the contacts of the common cold?
